With over 28 years of extensive experience across schools, colleges, universities, and the corporate sector, our lead counsellor brings deep insight and expertise in the field of education, academic leadership, and career guidance. A strong advocate for student-centric development, she has successfully guided countless students through stream selection, college admissions, documentation, and decision-making for both academic and career pathways.

She has also worked extensively with students facing learning disabilities, offering compassionate guidance and collaborating with parents to build inclusive, supportive strategies that ensure every child gets the opportunity to thrive.

In recognition of her contribution to educational CSR, the project was awarded the Literary Hero Award by the Rotary Club for initiating a meaningful rural library project that brought learning resources to underprivileged communities.

Her commitment to awareness and inclusion is evident in her active participation in events such as the Walk for Dyslexia, organized by the Maharashtra Dyslexia Association, further affirming her dedication to advocating for students with special learning needs.

As a seasoned trainer and facilitator, she has led professional development programs for teachers and educational professionals, with a strong focus on areas such as documentation, management skills, marketing for educators, professional growth, and effective search strategies. Her dynamic sessions are known for being insightful, interactive, and practical.

In a recent milestone, she was invited by the Naval Commander at NCHC (P) to conduct a career awareness session titled "Unlock Your Career Potential" for the residents of the Naval Civilian Housing Colony. The event was well-received, offering valuable takeaways to both students and parents, and was appreciated for its clarity, relevance, and impact.
